Stonhenge and Salisbury

So waking up at 8 o clock to sit on a bus for 2 hours to stonhenge isn't exactly how I like to spend my friday mornings, but what the heck.

We got up early and drove to stonhenge. Again, everyone slept on the bus EXCEPT me. Great. and when we got there and it was literally like 20 degrees. Burrrrrrrr..... but, it was a good thing I was bundled up.

So the story with stonhenge is that it shows how advanced the people were many years ago . Its a pretty famous sight, but it was smaller that I expected. Other tales of why and how stonhenge got there was because of aliens. which is true?, you tell me. But, we walked around for an hour taking pictures and admiring it before we set off for salisbury.

Now, I have no idea what is so special about salisbury other than the fact it has a HUGE cathedral. O yea... and the magna carta was there. Salisbury is a little town and very remote.
We had lunch (I had the BEST potato and cheese patty). The cathedral itself was immaculate, complete with dead people buried inside. Kinda creepy.

But, anyways the trip was worth it and all in all I had a blast!
